How do I become a subscriber?

When I tried to subscribe I keep getting a pop-up message saying that the certificate of the website is invalid. What is going on?
If you are using Internet Explorer on a Macintosh computer, please ignore this message, as your transactions are still secure. If you are using any other computer, please contact us directly at info@terraspiritus.com.au

When I click the back button on my browser to go back to the previous page, everything I have entered on that page has disappeared!
This is a problem with Netscape 6.x/7.0x browsers when you using a secure connection (SSL). Either use a different browser, or upgrade to Netscape 7.1, as this problem has been fixed.

I have subscribed, but when I tried to log in it says that my account is not yet activated. What do I do?
You will need to wait for your payment to be processed and your account to be activated. On activating your account Pauline Electronic Publishing will send you an email notification.

I tried to login, but I receive a message saying that this user is not found. What's wrong!
Check whether the username you are entering is correctly spelled. Usernames are case sensitive (ie. echo is not the same as Echo). If you have spaces and other punctuation in your username, they must be correctly included as well.

I tried to login, but I get an error message saying that I have already logged in.
This means that you have already logged in recently, and you have not logged out of your session. You should see "You are logged in as <your name>" at the bottom of the page. If you don't appear to have logged in, someone else may be using your account. Please report any abuses of your account to info@terraspiritus.com.au

I am using the "New Password" utility. It says that an email has been sent to my email address, but I'm not getting anything!
Please allow 24 hours for the email to be delivered. If you still do not receive any email, please contact us, as your email address may be incorrectly entered.

I received the Password Request email, and I clicked on the link and tried to enter a new password, but it failed!
The link you received is long, so your email program may have a truncated the link into two lines. Try to paste both lines of the link into your browser and hit the Enter key.
